Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Some items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include:

  • Sale items
  • NEXT by Nobis items
  • NEXT Vault items
  • Collaboration items
  • Limited edition items
  • Promotional items

If you wish to initiate a return, please click the "CREATE A RETURN" link below. In that link, input your order details within 30 days of your purchase date, and our Customer Care team will email you with a pre-paid return shipping label along with return instructions.

Please expect your refund to be issued 7-14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. You will by informed by email once your refund is issued.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, we kindly ask that you return your item and place another order for the desired item.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, typically within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@nobis.com with your order details. Once an order is scheduled for fulfillment, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled and a return must be initiated.
