STANDARD SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies (containers).

DELIVERY

Please allow approximately 3-6 business days for your order to be delivered.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched by UPS. Delivery timelines start up to two business days following the date of purchase. All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, typically within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@nobis.com with your order details. Once an order is scheduled for fulfillment, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled and a return must be initiated.
